OYO 70303 S V Residency Kajaguda

The caretakers charged me above the amount we had agreed on when I booked online. The rooms looked nothing like the fake pictures on the website, and they wanted extra money when I asked for a small extension to checkout. Hotel O S V Residency lacks transparency and honesty, and wasn't worth the cost or hassle. I wouldn't recommend it.

The hotel had no rooms left when we arrived to check in with an Agoda BNPL booking, and the owner wouldn't accept it. When we offered double, he gave us a non-AC room with no ventilation. We regret paying double. The photos are completely fake, and the road to the hotel is terribly located, with stagnant water beside a PG. Better choose somewhere else if you don't want to waste your time.

The hotel is decent, and online bookings are affordable. I left my watch behind at checkout by accident, but the manager, Mr. Anand, found it and helped get it back to me. I really appreciate the honest and helpful service.

We'd booked for 810 total, but the man at reception tried to charge us more than we'd already paid. It felt like a scam. We had no chance to go to another hotel, but I wouldn't go here.
