Check-in and checkout were both quick, with no delays. But the room was very dirty and smelled awful, almost like smoking would smell better. The AC wasn’t working, the TV had no channel subscription, and the bedsheets hadn’t been changed before I checked in. There was a lot of hair on the bed.

The location is near Musapet metro pillar 887 and an HP petrol bunk. The place was clean and green, and I was satisfied for the price. The toilets were very clean, with both hot and cold water available. The dress cabin was neatly organized in an organic area. Service and the way customers were received were very careless.

I paid for a booking through OYO, but the property manager flatly refused to let me check in. I canceled, and now OYO is refusing to refund me. I spoke to three customer care representatives and none would help; the last one left me on hold for over 30 minutes, then disconnected. This looks like fraud.

Good location, but the rooms and bathrooms were dirty and poorly maintained.

This hotel doesn’t show up properly in the OYO app. It gives an option saying everything is sold out, which makes it difficult to book. Please fix this.
