At least the Wi-Fi was good. Everything else about this second stay was terrible: the lights went out every 15 minutes, making TV watching and charging difficult, and insects crawled on the bedsheet and floor. At breakfast, I was served a puri with a worm in it. When I told the staff, they went into the kitchen and laughed with the people there. They weren’t sorry, and the staff were awful and unprofessional. It was unhygienic, a waste of money, and I paid 1k for single occupancy. I’d rather pay 300rs and stay in a lodge.

The rooms are big, and the staff are helpful, but the property is old and the rooms are only okay. Check carefully before you move in, since they’re often not clean and may have insects. The cupboards might be in poor shape too, so look those over. Complimentary breakfast is available if you opted for it. They allow up to 3 occupants and provide a mattress for the third person.

I should have asked to see the room and checked the promised amenities before paying, but we didn’t do that. The TV was out, and the place had cockroaches. I don’t want to hurt a business with a review, but keeping quiet could affect other consumers. Maybe visitors need to recharge the TV, I think. You may decide this review is fake, but please check everything first.

During my nearly three days here, breakfast had to be requested each day, and it wasn’t good. The washroom had no supplies, which the OYO people weren’t providing. Wi-Fi and TV worked poorly; even when the TV did work, there was no cable provider. After several complaints, some channels became available. Worst OYO room in the city, and a horrible stay. Don’t go here.
