The fans make a lot of noise, and the room and amenities were awful. One of my worst experiences. Don't visit.

The reception staff made my girlfriend and me feel awkward and unsafe. They stared at the girls in a way that felt like they had never seen one before, and she said their looks seemed like they were about to attack. I've stayed here twice in the last two months, and both visits were really bad. They charge too much for an ordinary hotel. The shower didn't work, water was limited and running short, and the TV was just there for show because it didn't work at all. They should change the staff.

I booked after seeing the photos on the Oyo website, but the actual condition was completely different. The rooms had no maintenance: dirty walls and bathrooms, dust under the beds, and dirt inside the lift. They didn't provide any complimentary items, not even water. The staff were careless, sat at reception watching videos on their phones, and seemed to be wasting time. I got scabies a few days after staying here, and I strongly don't recommend the hotel. They are cheating both guests and Oyo, in my view. Please don't stay here or support hotels like this.

The room had dead cockroaches everywhere, on the floor, bed, bathroom, and furniture. When I complained, staff refused both to change the room and to clean it even once. Basic things were missing too, including wifi, AC, and a proper staircase. It was the worst experience I've had. I booked through the Oyo app, where the reviews looked good. I think Oyo management is cheating customers with fake reviews. I complained to Oyo customer support with booking ID AVCE7191, and all they said was, "Sorry For the Inconvenience, we'll report the issue to concerned department and the property, Thank you bye." My suggestion is to avoid this property, and obviously OYO, blindly.
