The location is the main plus, close to Nampally market and other bakeries, and the A/C worked well. Housekeeping was good and prompt whenever I asked. The rooms themselves need work: the old furniture is stuck or broken in places, the windows tend to slip out of their guides, and the bathroom drain is always clogged. The tap came out of its base, and fittings were missing or broken. There were some cockroaches, though not many. They don't provide packaged drinking water. Instead, they'll fill cold water into somebody else's bottle and give it to you.

We paid ₹1900 for one night, but the room and hospitality didn't meet even basic expectations. The lighting was poor and there were lots of cockroaches. Staff moved us after we complained, but the replacement room had cockroaches too. Cleanliness and maintenance were clearly lacking. I wouldn't recommend staying here, and would look elsewhere.

A good choice for families, with service available 24/7 and great staff. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the hotel was well maintained. I'd consider staying here with family.

Very old hotel with dirty smelling rooms, poor hygiene, and no proper water taps or charging sockets. Service wasn't proper either, and there's no proper parking place. Don't rely on the Google photos or book online from the pictures. Go see the rooms in person first if you don't want to suffer.
