OYO 93028 Hotel Venkateshwara Grand

I booked and paid for AC, but at check-in they put me in a non-AC room, claiming all AC rooms were full even though the rooms appeared empty. The room was stifling, the bathroom leaked, there was no hot water, the fan barely worked, and no toiletries were provided. The app listed a mini fridge, but there wasn't one. Wi-Fi didn't work on the third floor, and OYO support didn't help. I was charged for AC and got no refund. The staff were rude. This was the worst hotel, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Please avoid it or you'll regret it, and don't trust the positive reviews. I think the staff wrote them themselves.

An absolute waste of money. OYO showed ₹300, but they charged me ₹5000, and reception didn't respond afterward. It seemed like a broker-run hotel. I forgot to take photos. Never stay here.

Terrible room and very poor service. The management behaved so rudely that I can't recommend this place at all.

Awful room and service from the boys. Don't go there. It's a really lousy room.
