OYO Flagship 41994 Balaji Hotel

I stayed here twice because of emergencies, and the staff were so unwelcoming and rude that I won’t return. The rooms are average, which may be understandable since many guests are patients visiting AIG hospitals, but there are plenty of other options in the area. The staff’s behavior was terribly unprofessional.

The owner and staff were very pleasant, and the hotel is close to the hospital. The two problems for me were the sheets and insects. The sheets weren't very clean, so guests may want to bring their own. There are insects at other hotels in this area too, but you can ask the staff for insecticide or bring something like Hit spray yourself.

I booked for three people and they did provide an extra bed, but there was no blanket for it. The room was small, and the door wasn't in proper condition. Cigarette odor stayed in the bathroom from check-in until checkout, even after I complained. Parking was another problem: when I booked, I was told there was space for my car, but after check-in a different staff member said there was none. I had to leave it on the main road, far from the hotel. For about 2400/- for one day, this was the worst OYO hotel I've stayed at in five years.

We stayed for four days while a patient was receiving treatment at AIG, and the service was awful. Even after repeated requests and leaving the key at the counter, the room wasn't properly cleaned. The floor was still dusty, and the old bedsheets and pillow covers hadn't been changed. They only took away a waste packet left outside. I mentioned the mosquitoes, but they didn't provide a liquidator. For the room charge, it felt like a rip-off. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
