OYO Flagship 460 Miyapur

The people working here are wonderful and go out of their way to make guests comfortable. The hotel has the bones of a solid place, with large rooms, big beds, and spacious bathrooms. Unfortunately, the maintenance is lacking.

Breakfast was another problem. Our family of 6 had nowhere to sit, so we had to stand and eat. The dining area was terrible. When we checked in recently, the rooms were in awful condition, and the bathrooms and toilets were horrendously dirty. We complained right away, but staff said it hadn't been like that before and that we must have messed it up within a couple of minutes. This was the dirtiest hotel, with the worst staff attitude, dining area, and food. Check the photos for more clarity. I wish I could give a negative rating. OYO should do better, given all the news about its billion-dollar investment. This hotel must be shut down.

Getting a cab to the airport early in the morning from here is difficult. The staff were really nice, though, and the restaurant food was good, especially the Hyderabadi Biriyani. I stayed for a couple of days. The rooms were clean, but the bathrooms weren't that clean.

The hotel's own written proof confirmed there was no water, so the manager's repeated promise that it would come every 15 minutes was just a lie. Customer service kept us on hold for more than 2 hours without resolving anything. We checked out on the second day of a 3-day stay because of these issues, but weren't refunded. The pictures on the site and the actual place were like heaven and hell. Absolutely the worst experience. Change the name from flagship to flagshit. Never book with OYO!
