The staff made us feel more like thieves than guests, which made this a terrible stay. My team was there for emergency work, with both men and women. They put the women on the first floor and the men on the second. One woman was alone and felt scared as staff kept passing by her room. Apparently, guests aren’t allowed to talk to each other there 🤣

The management seems to have changed, but I haven’t seen any real improvement. The food is still below expectations: it’s poorly prepared, varies in taste, and isn’t served fresh.

The staff were rude, and there was no water in the bathrooms. The sheets and pillow covers smelled and didn’t seem to have been washed. The rooms were dirty too. These are the worst OYO rooms in Hyderabad. Think carefully before booking.

The reception staff were rude, and there was no Wi-Fi. The bedsheets hadn’t been changed, and they wanted extra money to replace them. There wasn’t even a TV in the room.

There was no drinking water for guests, so everyone had to pay for it. Towels and soap were only provided when requested, and the staff didn’t offer proper service. The blankets and towels smelled bad, and the place was full of mosquitoes. The AC, toilet flush, and geyser weren’t working either. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. [Update - 12-03-2025] I expected a reply like the ones other customers got. Despite so many complaints, the service hasn’t improved, and Oyo, as the aggregator, doesn’t do anything about it.
