OYO Rooms Abids

I wasn’t satisfied with the hotel or its service. The rooms were below average, the AC didn’t work, and water collected in the bathroom. Staff didn’t offer another room for a day. I booked through Oyo because it was an Oyo flagship, but there’s no restaurant. They provide complimentary breakfast from a small outside self service hotel.

It’s an average place in a busy, narrow lane. The service was good, but my room had no phone, so I had to call reception from my mobile, and the bedspread was torn. The toilet locks didn’t work at all. It might suit people looking for a place to drink, but not families. Oyo should remove it from its suggestions before it damages their reputation.

I booked because I thought a flagship would usually be better, but this was a really bad Oyo experience. The rooms weren’t nice, and they didn’t even provide clean towels or the accessories.

It’s in the heart of the old town, with tourist attractions nearby, and I had a good stay overall. The mattress was a problem at first, but they fixed it right away. Cleanliness could still be a bit better.
