It's in a prime area, and the service and cleanliness are good. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

The lack of an apology or proper response from staff after I reported the problems made an already unpleasant stay worse. My privacy was seriously invaded, and the bedsheets hadn't been changed. For the price, I expected basic cleanliness and respect for my privacy. I'd strongly advise staying elsewhere. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was beyond disappointing.

The washrooms were in really bad shape, and the room floor had visible dirt. I stayed here recently and wouldn’t suggest booking it. Better to find another hotel.

I still haven’t received my refund, and getting it started became another frustrating ordeal. At first, the email said I was eligible for zero refund. This was easily one of my worst hotel experiences, and I’ve deleted OYO for good. I booked a room for my parents for 3rd to 4th may through the official OYO app, paid the full amount in advance, and got a confirmation. On the 3rd, I called the property to say they’d check in a little late. Staff assured me there’d be no issue because the room was fully paid. Exactly 1.5 hours after that call, I got a text saying the booking had been cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances. I was speechless. Customer care told me the property was overbooked, even though the app had shown rooms available when I booked and paid in full. I believe they cancelled only after I called about the late check-in. I had to push again to get the full refund initiated. Don’t let them wreck your plans at the last minute. Pay a little more and book somewhere else. OYO offers cheap rooms, but the service here was even cheaper and pathetic.
