OYO Townhouse RCC Elite 265 Begumpet

What stood out during my 10 nights at RCC Elite Hotel was how consistently comfortable the stay felt. From housekeeping to the front desk and general support, everyone was courteous, approachable, and ready to help. Requests got prompt attention, and the team kept a warm, professional manner throughout. I felt valued as a guest, and their effort made the visit memorable. The service exceeded what I expected, and I appreciate the whole team for making everything so smooth. I'd gladly recommend RCC Elite Hotel and hope to return.

The rooms were clean, well kept, and really nice, and the hotel's location is excellent. The cleaning service was great too. My night check-in, though, was a poor experience. The staff member on duty was unprofessional, took extra money, and made the process take 45 minutes. They didn't even ask if I needed water. In the morning, the receptionist was a big improvement, very polite and helpful. Better night service would make this a perfect place to stay.

The front desk staff were courteous and checking in went smoothly, but the rest of my stay at Super Townhouse RCC Elite, Begumpet was disappointing. I picked it because of the good reviews and convenient Hyderabad location. The washroom in particular wasn't clean, and the only towel in the room had visible stains. I kept seeing cockroaches in the bathroom at night, which was concerning. Noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms was constant, so the soundproofing seemed poor. It wasn't worth the price, and I wouldn't recommend it.

We stayed six nights and had a great time. The room was well maintained, and the staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast at the restaurant was really good, though the selection was limited. There are also restaurants and shopping malls within walking distance, and the metro station is nearby. Good location. RCC elite, thanks for all your help and support.
