They made me pay for the whole stay on the day I checked in, which I found odd. Then I returned three sealed water bottles that I hadn’t used and asked for the charge to be removed. The staff said it had already been posted and couldn’t be cancelled. That’s not right. The hotel should be more customer friendly.

Cockroaches were here and there in the bathroom, so the pest control still needs work. Still, I was quite satisfied with the stay and would come back if I needed to. The rooms are cozy, and the reception and room service staff were very polite. The bed and bath linen were clean, with no odor or stains. I arrived around 1245AM, and Aarif and Naveen at the front office were especially helpful. I asked for a room at the back of the facility and they arranged one. Ask for that if it’s available, since road traffic noise might get into the front-facing rooms. Breakfast was simple and delicious, though a bit spicy. The restaurant staff’s behavior and grooming need a lot of improvement. The person serving breakfast in the morning was dressed shabbily.

The daily breakfast was tasty and healthy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was in Hyderabad for a wedding and stayed at PC for the holidays. It was a peaceful, convenient, and comfortable stay. Friends and family of mine are planning to visit Hyderabad, and I’d highly recommend this place to them. The breakfast was poor and exactly the same each day. The dining area wasn’t hygienic either, with dirty tables, and the juice tasted mostly like water rather than real juice. In my room the bedsheets had an unpleasant smell, and the phone didn’t work. This stay fell short of basic cleanliness and service standards. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel.
