The location worked perfectly, close to major attractions but quiet enough to sleep peacefully. My room was clean, spacious, and had a lovely city view. The staff made me feel welcome with their smiles and were ready to help whenever I needed something. I had a wonderful stay and would come back and recommend the hotel to friends.

My son was so excited by the beautiful room and decorations for his birthday. Bharat, Jhona, Naveen and Prudhvi put together thoughtful surprises that went beyond what we expected. The accommodation was comfortable, and their care showed in all the little details. We had a wonderful stay and a celebration our family will remember. Thank you! 💖🎉

The spa is a nice extra, though its rooms look dated and could use renovation. I booked Radisson Hitec City for relatives, and I spent some time there too, so this is based on both my visit and their mixed feedback. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Its spot in the heart of Hitec City makes getting around easy. Staff service was decent, but the food didn’t meet the hotel’s standard. It’s convenient for business travelers who care most about location and offers good value for that spot.

Manisha remembered how I like my chai and water, which was a lovely sign of care. Asha in the evening lounge also always looked after me. I’ve had a long stay at Radisson Hitec City, and the breakfast buffet is good. The staff and service are excellent, even if English can sometimes be limited. The room is comfortable enough, though the interior and sound insulation could be better. I’d definitely stay here again when I’m in HYD.

The shower head didn’t work, and the sheets and towels were dirty, with broken furniture too. Rats were running around the room, and the phone didn’t work, so there was no way to report the live entertainment. The TV remote was useless as well, if you wanted to ignore the rodents. It all seems designed to test your patience. Highly recommend if that’s what you’re looking for!
