Silverkey Executive stays 27773 IAS Colony

The room itself was good, but even during my one-day stay there was a short supply of water. They didn’t provide basics like complimentary soap or drinking water. The staff weren’t very welcoming and didn’t have a good attitude. It wasn’t a great place to arrive at, and it took away my interest and excitement.

A budget-friendly option, with parking for both two-wheelers and cars. They take mobile banking and cash only. The restaurant was under maintenance, and there was no facility for hot drinking water. Still, the hotel was well maintained, with clean sheets, and this particular OYO seemed decent for cleanliness, ambience, location and price, despite all the controversies around OYO.

The place is clean and nice, with a beautiful blue color. Breakfast was included and good to eat, and I liked how the staff behaved. Room service was a bit slow, though; it took a long time for anything to get done.

There were holes in the bedsheet, dust and little pebbles in the bed, plus stained blankets and towels. There was no shampoo, handwash or conditioner. The only staff member I found polite was the captain, while the others were irritable. Water was another problem: there was no cold water, only water from the geyser, and at one point no water at all, though that may have been an isolated issue. Network reception was bad, with nothing working on Jio, Idea, Vodafone or Airtel, and the Wi-Fi signal was bad too. The restaurant had no food available.
