After riding from Goa to Hyderabad, I was hoping for a comfortable stay. Instead, I found out my pre-booked room had been given to temporary guests, and I was left stranded. I spent 2 hours and 45 minutes trying to find another hotel at the last minute and had to pay extra. Advance booking is supposed to make check-in secure and easy, but that wasn't my experience. It was frustrating and deeply disappointing. Even roadside motels offer better service. My experience with Agoda and OYO properties has been the worst. After a long search I finally reached the property, which seemed to cater mainly to hourly guests. I was told the AC in my room wasn't working, and when I asked how long a repair would take, they said 10 days. It felt like hourly guests were being prioritized over regular guests.

The room had a foul smell, dirty water, and too many bed bugs. It was unhygienic, and the sheets weren't changed or cleaned. The flush didn't work, there was no basin, and neither the TV nor AC worked. After I complained, they moved me to another room that was just like the first. This is the worst hotel I've ever seen. The OYO app reviews seem fake. Don't stay here. 🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮

The location is nice, but maintenance is pathetic. I booked an AC room in person and was moved three times: room 101 had no working AC, room 506 showed an EC error, and room 104 had the same problem. The AC in 104 was frozen with ice due to mechanical issues, so it didn't work either. Stay away from this property.

The room locks were broken, the bathroom had no lock, the flush didn't work, and the AC was out of order. The property manager was rude, never smiled, and refused to fix the broken things, though thankfully they did move me to another room. There was a bad smell everywhere and no room fresheners. They didn't provide breakfast, saying the cook had gone home. Don't visit.

The staff seemed irritated and unwelcoming, and they wouldn't honor OYO's assurance of a complimentary checkout until 1 pm. In the room, the AC stopped working, the sheets were spotted all over and looked dirty, and the washroom flush and exhaust fan were both broken. There wasn't even soap.
