Booked through MakeMyTrip for an air-conditioned room, but they gave me a dirty room without AC. The room itself was very bad. A really bad experience.

The room was very dirty, and after I booked online with a discount, he wasn't happy about it. I had to wait almost 45 minutes to check in. The only good point is the location on the main road, with Irrum Manzil metro station nearby.

There's a parking spot, and a room can take up to three people. It's a budget hotel. Check the booking sites for rates, since the online and offline prices differ by a huge amount.

The room was filthy, and the blankets and pillows were dirty and smelled bad. There were lots of mosquitoes around too. OYO showed a price of about 500 bucks while booking, but after booking it became 700. The service was awful. Don't waste your money or time.

The room wasn't clean, didn't match what was shown on the MakeMyTrip portal, and had no hot water. The staff behaved badly and wouldn't listen when I raised a problem. They pressured me to cancel, saying I should cancel first and then they'd give me the room I wanted, even though they claimed all the rooms were already full. Don't book here.
