We left right away after spending nearly three hours trying to get help. The receptionist ignored our request for a room change or some other solution and walked off; later I saw him outside smoking. The room was filthy and nothing like the online pictures, with dirty sheets and a foul-smelling, unhygienic washroom that looked unflushed. The whole place felt neglected. This was one of my worst stays, and I found the staff's rude, irresponsible response unacceptable. I felt the property misled customers, showed no respect for guests, and had no hygiene standards.

The view of the Botanical garden from my window was amazing, and the bed was comfortable enough to relax in. My room was clean too. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, which made my stay at the Hotel Atlas stay fantastic. I'll definitely be back. Thankyou.

For the price, it was still doable. The rooms were fine, though the sheets weren't very clean, and the washrooms could be better.

Abhiram, Jackson and Buuhrai were really good and sorted out all the issues. The staff were cooperative, and it was a nice place to stay. Best staff! All the best!

The location was the only good part. The room cleaning, service, bathroom, and facilities were all poor and disappointing. They didn't provide towels or soap, and there wasn't even a dustbin in the room.
