Super Collection O Sanath Nagar Near Railway Station

I got a tempting OYO offer, two days for Rs 2100/-, and the rooms were fairly new and spacious. The entrance and old-style lift were a bit off-putting, but that was minor. The bedsheet, pillow cover and quilt were dirty. There was no CRM or front office staff, just two local young boys. After I asked repeatedly, they said the laundry person was on the way and that the linen would be changed the next day. I asked them to use sheets from a vacant room, but they brought another dirty one. One room boy, who looked to be in his teens, was arrogant. I asked for the manager’s number, but nobody answered. I ended up using my own sheets. Thank God. Water was in short supply and ran out every 6 hours, so be prepared to chase staff about it. By the time we left, the manager still hadn’t returned my call and the sheets were still unchanged. Bring your own bedding if you use OYO here, and don’t get into an argument, nobody will help and you could lose your peace. What a jolly ride 🤣

Skip the breakfast option. They don’t have a kitchen, so they ask what you eat and then bring breakfast from local shops.

The place felt cozy and well organized, and I had a pleasant, stress-free stay. The staff stood out, always smiling and ready to help.

Peaceful stay, and they provided early check-in too. Good service.
