The location is excellent, with food, water, medicines, and other basics around, and Rapido autos are easy to get. They also offer 24 hrs checkin. But the room was very small and smelled musty, maybe from the cold weather or mold, I think. Wifi wasn't connected. We stayed for 2 nights and one day, and there was no drinking water available. The hotel needs a lot more work on its maintenance.
The room seemed unclean and was small, and the price was higher than I expected. Reception took too long to check us in, and the staff were rude and judgmental. They spoke in their own language, which I understood, while the owner stayed on a call the whole time. It was a bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend staying there.
Basic toiletries weren't provided until I asked, and there was no daily room cleaning or waste removal unless I reminded them. At ₹1,600 per day, the cost felt a bit steep for this place. It's dingy and cramped, with poorly planned rooms and toilets, including the wash basin and commode placement. The room entrances and exits are narrow, and TV noise from other rooms carries outside. Overall, not a good experience 😕
The hotel is really close to the metro, and I stayed for 10 days. The staff were friendly, and I loved how they welcomed us in a traditional way. It was an awesome stay, with a captivating culture that felt full of spirit and tradition.
The hotel staff are friendly and provide good service. It's a good hotel and anyone can book it. I'll come back again.
