The location and service are the good parts. For the price, though, the rooms don't really measure up. I'd give the room no more than three stars.

The rooms were really clean, the location was great, and the service was friendly. I also liked the [specific amenity]. Had a fantastic experience, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

During my three-day stay, I dealt with a lot of bed bugs. The place also wasn't properly maintained.

I've stayed here almost six times, so this isn't my first visit. This time the receptionist, Venu, was awful. He barely acknowledged people waiting, responded slowly and lazily, and acted as though guests were asking a favor of him. When we requested a towel, it took 24 minutes to arrive, and he argued that we should understand. There was no water supply, and we weren't given an AC remote even though the AC was very cold. The TV had a remote that didn't work, so we couldn't adjust the volume. When we raised it, he said we should check out if we wanted to use the TV. What good is a TV without a working remote? The worst part was being asked to pay more than the price shown in the app. He rudely told us to talk to OYO. Why accept a booking you can't honor? This is a substandard hotel and the worst OYO experience.
