The hotel looked very different online from what I found in person, and the whole experience was really bad. The staff were unbearable, the room wasn't cleaned, and things weren't done when we expected them to be. The bathroom was in very poor condition. I wouldn't choose this place, especially for a family trip.
10/10
Getting around the city was easy thanks to the hotel's excellent location. The staff welcomed us warmly, check-in went smoothly, and the room was comfortable and well kept. It was a pleasant stay.
2/10
The rooms are awful. Don't trust the reviews, this is one of the worst hotels.
4/10
I paid 1000 for a room for just three hours. The room wasn't good, and there was no hot water.
2/10
I had one of my worst experiences here. The service boys were very rude and didn't prioritize what customers needed.
