Super Townhouse Badangpet Crossway Hyderabad Formerly Balapur

Mosquitoes were everywhere in the building, even in the lift, and the location is only near Rajiv Gandhi airport, far from the city. The sheets and pillowcases were filthy and stained. When I asked for clean ones, they said the laundry hadn't come and there were no replacements. There was no cleaning staff; even after I left the keys so they could clean and change the sheets, they didn't do it. They moved me through three rooms, all in the same poor condition. One had a TV problem, another had a broken flush, and the third was just horrible. They wouldn't let me cancel. Customer care said it was okay, but the receptionist disagreed, so I was forced to stay three nights without a refund. It was awful. I'd only recommend one night if you're going to the airport. Otherwise, don't choose this place.

The property was clean and hygienic, and the staff were wonderful. The receptionist especially was friendly, kind, and welcoming.

For three days, the room and bathroom stayed clean, and the rate was affordable. It’s worth comparing prices across different apps.

The rooms were very clean, and the staff were helpful. A really nice hotel.
