I stayed here multiple times for work because it was convenient, but the rooms had a lot of issues. They weren't cleaned every day, the TV often didn't work, guests weren't given the Wi-Fi details, and there was no hot water for bathing. Reception and housekeeping staff kept changing every 15 days because of internal management problems. They also insist on full payment upfront at check-in. After paying, you can't change the date or bring checkout forward. If you leave early, they'll let you go, but won't refund the amount they owe for the unused time.

They even pressured me to post a five-star review on the online portal in front of them when I checked out. During my five-day stay, the room was never cleaned despite repeated requests, and I had to switch rooms twice to find a better one. The rooms weren't good, and there was no hot water.

Room 111 was a bad experience. I booked through Fabhotel after being told it was a renovated three-star hotel, but only the lights worked. The TV and refrigerator were out of order, and when I complained, I got several stories that didn't seem true. Nobody came to clean during my two-day stay. There was no hot water in the bathroom, so I had to ask for it in buckets. The fan made a noise like a drill machine. The service was pathetic, and they charged more than other, better hotels.

The room service was good during my recent single-occupancy stay at fab ssv grand hotel. The washroom needs better upkeep and cleaning. I found the hotel average and manageable for a one-day stay, though the facilities didn't feel worth the price.
