You can book rooms by the hour or by the day, with hourly stays costing 400/- per person. They offer both AC and non-AC rooms, and tea can be brought to the room. The rooms won't disappoint, and the upkeep and room service were really good. There's also a nice spot for pictures and a great city view. I loved the place and had a great time.

The hotel refused our OYO booking, saying OYO's rate was too low. The property manager Vishnu and Revanti were extremely rude at check-in. We had six rooms booked for a wedding at home, and had to pay 20,000 extra to fit all our guests. OYO's customer care response was no help: they offered another property over 17 kms away, even though they had one about 3kms from us and wouldn't give us that option. My guests waited over two hours while OYO failed to sort it out. The hotel staff acted like they were the only hotel in the universe. We plan to file a consumer court case against OYO for fooling us. The rooms also had a lot of problems. There was no water bottle or toiletry kit, the ACs barely worked, and water leaked from the washroom into the room. Staff took a full day to move my guests to another room after we reported the leak. C class hotel and C bloody class OYO.

The front office service was good, but the room they assigned had poor ventilation and smelled strongly of cigarettes. I asked for a different room and waited an hour for a response. We only got the OYO complimentary items after asking for them. I'd give it one star.

I booked through Goibibo, but when I reached the hotel they told me there were no rooms. They blamed Goibibo for not updating its information and also complained about its international service. The staff acted as though the booking problem was mine, even though the hotel chose to partner with the app and make an MOU with it. Their behavior was awful. If zero stars were an option, that's what I'd give.
