The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and room service was efficient. The hotel is in a prime location, but the rooms need better upkeep. Cleanliness is lacking, particularly in the bathrooms, so room hygiene and maintenance need attention.

The location in the heart of Banjara Hills was practical, with essential services and amenities close by. I stayed at Tabla Pride for three nights, from 11th to 13th June 2025. My third-floor room was spacious, and the cot and linen were clean and comfortable. The infrastructure felt dated and showed wear and tear, while the AC wasn’t working efficiently and seemed to need repair. The bathroom was functional, but not as clean as I’d expect, likely because of its age rather than poor housekeeping. It was a fair stay overall. Timely maintenance and refurbishment could make the guest experience much better.

The rooms feel poorly kept, with little natural light because tall buildings surround the hotel. Inside, they’re dark and shabby, and the bathroom looks like it’s coming apart. Cleaning only happens if you ask, and the TV doesn’t have any channels. I wouldn’t feel comfortable staying here, with family or on my own. It’s more like a cheap air-conditioned lodge than even a two-star hotel. Nothing to be proud of. Avoid it.

The only thing I disliked was the window setup: it had a net, and our room’s AC outlet was there. Otherwise, the rooms, including the bathrooms, were clean, tidy, and spacious. Staff responded promptly, and rooms can be cleaned daily if you ask. Breakfast tasted good and included both North and South Indian options. As someone from North India, I was perfectly happy with it. The selection isn’t huge, but that makes sense for a budget hotel in a place that isn’t really a tourist destination. I was satisfied with the breakfast and had a good stay.
