The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace

The breakfast buffet had a gigantic spread, and I especially liked the smoothies, fresh juices, and shakes. Service was top-notch, particularly at breakfast. My room was large and spacious, with a bathtub and lots of amenities. I also loved the little wall hanging they gave me as a gift. I’d happily stay again. For the tub, ask Reception for bath salts.

The Club Lounge was a highlight, spacious and well laid out, with plenty of food and drink options throughout the day. It was a calm, premium spot to relax or get work done. Service across the hotel was friendly and helpful, with staff always ready to assist. Roshini from the Club Lounge was especially attentive, and Manager Megovino stood out for being professional and approachable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, and housekeeping was consistently excellent. My only concern was the bathroom, which felt a bit cramped and below the usual Westin standard compared with the otherwise premium stay. Still, I had a very pleasant, comfortable, and memorable visit, and would recommend The Westin for business or leisure.

Manager Mr. Saurabh gave me a personal welcome when I arrived and included an elegant fruit basket, a thoughtful touch. The Sweet room was spacious, elegant, and well kept, and the breakfast buffet had more variety than I could try. The dishes I sampled had amazing flavor. The leadership and service quality impressed me and matched what I see as the Tata Group's gold standard. The Westin Hyderabad made an excellent impression, and it will be my first choice for future travel in India. Thanks to the team for an unforgettable stay. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hyderabad.

The restaurant and lounge staff were warm, attentive, and helpful, and the food was genuinely very good. But the room problems made this longer stay disappointing. At first, persistent noise outside my room late at night kept me from sleeping well. The team moved me to a quieter room, which I appreciated, but that room had mosquitoes and again disrupted my sleep. Several nights without proper rest undermines the basic comfort of a hotel stay. I’ve stayed at several Marriott International properties over the past year without these issues, so this was unexpected. Food and service are strong, but room comfort and basic pest control need attention before I could recommend the property.
