Bed bugs and cockroaches were in the room, which was poorly maintained, and the bed was uncomfortable. Service was extremely bad. I faced so many challenges that I felt I had to write this, even though I didn’t want to. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Guests are paying for their stay, not getting free service, and deserve proper care and cleanliness. Please don’t choose this hotel. I also sincerely ask management to provide better service.

Sheets had mysterious stains and blood, and cockroaches were crawling all over the room. The luggage boy rushed us downstairs to see the manager and wouldn’t let us take pictures of the room or bugs. The manager was no help and refused to give our money back.

The room and location were satisfactory, but the hotel also operates a boys’ hostel. I wouldn’t recommend staying here with family.

It’s a boys’ hostel, and I still don’t understand how it’s operating as this. The elevator at the entrance looks awful, and both the room and bed were terrible. See the photos for reference.

The reception staff were nice enough to offer to have the room cleaned, but stains on the walls and dirty bathrooms were a big turnoff, so we had to leave. The hotel isn’t maintained well, and there were cockroaches in the room.
