Townhouse Narayanaguda Metro Station Formerly Hotel Anshu Grand

We got the keys only after waiting more than an hour, even though we arrived at 3:30 PM, well past the 12 PM check-in time. The rooms still weren’t ready. Staff were chit-chatting, laughing, and making rude comments instead of helping. This was one of my worst hotel stays, at Super Townhouse Narayanguda Metro station formerly Hotel Anshu Grand. The room had cockroaches, the washroom was unhygienic, and the geyser and TV didn’t work. Even the remote batteries had been removed, and there were electrical issues everywhere. Despite repeated requests, no one gave us the WiFi password or an extra mattress. There was zero room service or hospitality. The staff were careless, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional, with no interest in customer service or basic cleanliness.

The facility and experience were both the worst. I don’t know why it’s still available for booking. The management and staff were stubborn and rude, and wouldn’t admit their mistakes. This place should be destroyed. Don’t ever visit.

The staff don’t take care of guests. It was dirty and unhygienic, with cockroaches on the beds and insects and mosquitoes on the tables too. Taps were broken, the lift didn’t work, water supply was unreliable, and the electricity cut out suddenly. The TV and AC were completely damaged and didn’t work. Please don’t stay here.

This was a couple lodge room, and it was a terrible experience. Why does booking.com list places like this? If there aren’t good hotels to list, please don’t show them.
