The rates can’t be trusted. The rooms were okay, but had no windows, and construction next door meant a lot of pollution. There was no hot water, and the customer service was pathetic. They had no water bottles and gave just one towel even though there were two guests. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

We’d booked in advance and paid the full amount, but still had trouble at check-in because they told us no rooms were available. There was no housekeeping or room service, and no one at reception to help with check-in, checkout, or anything else. The staff had no coordination. A very bad experience.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the service was very good. I had a very good stay here.

The breakfast had lots of tasty options, and my room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a large window with a lovely outside view. The hotel also looks beautiful from outside, and the interior is attractive. It’s near the market and railway station, with different transport options available. They only provide half-liter water bottles, but I’d highly recommend the place to anyone visiting.
