The people here made the stay. From the bellhops and restaurant servers to the front desk, everyone seemed to care about making guests feel welcome, and it felt like real human connection rather than following a script. Check-in was easy, and the front desk gave us personalized suggestions that helped make our itinerary work well. Housekeeping kept the room spotless and left thoughtful surprises, while the concierge anticipated what we needed, booked reservations, and arranged transport smoothly. I’ve rarely encountered staff this warm and attentive. I highly recommend the hotel and will definitely return.

I had to move through three rooms. There were cockroaches throughout, and I found a rat in the first room. In the second, the AC didn't work and the remote was missing buttons. The third room's washroom was dirty, with dark marks everywhere and spit in the uncleaned basin. The rooms aren't maintained. Don't waste your hard-earned money here, even if it means paying extra for another hotel. I'll never visit again.

The only thing going for this hotel is its accessible location, close to Assembly Metro station. My room was pathetic: the AC didn't work, and the toilet flush still wasn't working properly after I told them twice. They only provide free breakfast if you inform them, and tea isn't included in the complimentary breakfast. The receptionist had a bad attitude and wasn't customer-friendly at all. Service needs to improve as soon as possible.

The location is the one good thing about this hotel. The service was poor, and staff didn't try to understand things from the guest's perspective. This was the worst hotel I've ever visited.

A very pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and hygienic, and the location is right in the heart of the city. Staff were familiar and cooperative, with very good service.
