At ₹1,800, this felt like a complete rip-off. The room stank, and the restrooms were just as bad. It seemed as though the place was still being built, and the overall conditions were horrible. There weren't multiple keys for the rooms, so only staff could open the door. This was easily the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, like a cheap lodge near a bus stand. I strongly advise against booking here. I assume the five star reviews are paid reviews from some source, so DO NOT trust them.

The service was good, but the room I got wasn't like the photos I'd seen online. Maybe the place needs better maintenance.

The staff's indifferent attitude and poor service, along with the lack of hygiene, made my stay extremely unpleasant. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that immediate improvements are made so no other guest has to go through this.

My room was in awful condition, and the bed was both dirty and smelly. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I stayed for two weeks, then moved to a better property at the same rate. The rooms are spacious, but they're poorly maintained. You get just one 500ml water bottle a day, and have to ask for it, with no tissue or toilet paper. The team is helpful, but there isn't much they can control.
