Voila At Nest

We were a family of four in a two bedroom apartment from Voila group, and had a peaceful stay. The comfort, service, and security were all very satisfying. Staff were professional and friendly, and homely food was available at affordable prices. There are also several eateries within walking distance if you want something extra at a reasonable price. We were impressed. Better placed parking would make the stay perfect.

The new manager's behavior was rude and unprofessional when I ordered food through Zomato after not eating since morning. The delivery person reached the location, but the manager wouldn't let them come near the entrance and wouldn't send any staff to collect my food. I also think he(NV RAO) may have been drunk during the night, which is unacceptable in a hotel. I've visited regularly for six months, usually staying 3-4 days each time. When Nikil are Lakith handled the place, the service was excellent. Management seems to have changed, and my latest visit was very disappointing. Treating regular customers this way will affect the business. The manager doesn't seem to know how to handle customers, and I'll think twice before coming back.

Clean rooms and courteous staff made for a comfortable, pleasant stay. The service was smooth, and I had a good experience. Thank you.

They only told us about important rules, restrictions, and extra fees after we arrived. Almost anything seems to cost ₹500 per person, and nobody explained the instructions when the advance was taken. They also never said beforehand that cancellations are non-refundable. The whole thing felt misleading and unprofessional, and it was a nightmare.
