There wasn't a restaurant, just a phone number to call and order food. And when the power went out, with no generator, dinner was by mobile torch. The building felt abandoned, with no lights outside, and the whole arrival had a haunted-place feel. The room was spacious, but the bedsheet had red stains. The linens looked yellow and heavily used. For two people, they gave us one towel and just one litre of water. Soap, a brush, toothpaste, and hot water weren't provided either. I've stayed in plenty of hotels, but this one really left an impression. Five stars out of 100. I'd recommend it to my enemies.

It's peaceful and serene, a nice spot to spend time with family. The price is affordable, and I'd come back on my next trip.

The hotel was very clean, and I had a wonderful time. The staff were great, especially Pravin and Prakash. If you're visiting kerela on a trip, do visit this hotel.

The location made it easy to get to Kattapana Town and nearby tourist attractions. Sparrow Residency was comfortable and memorable, with a clean room, top-notch amenities, and warm, welcoming staff. It exceeded my expectations, and I'd highly recommend it.
