Mr. Vikas was humble, respectful, quick to help, and provided exceptional service throughout our stay. His professionalism and dedication gave the experience a personal touch. I’m also grateful to Mr. Sagar and the whole hotel team for hospitality that felt world-class, with professionalism, comfort, luxury, and attention to detail beyond expectations. It deserved seven stars. The ambiance, management, cleanliness, service, and guest handling all felt close to perfection. You rarely find standards this premium. Wishing Mr. Sagar and the team continued success, growth, and recognition. Highly recommended for a luxurious, memorable stay.

The reception staff were very good, especially mukesh ahirwar. Everyone spoke decently, with no foul language, and the staff could make room changes when needed. Check-in and checkout were quick, the rooms neat, and AC and hot water were available. I stayed one night and was fine with it. It felt safe and is very close to the main attractions. Staff were decent and talked well. I’d rate the rooms, service, and location 4/5 each. Just keep expectations in line, this is more like a society guest house setup than a big hotel.

The room was cozy and relaxing after a long day, clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. Housekeeping did a good job daily. From check-in onward, things went smoothly and felt comfortable. The staff were friendly, polite, helpful, and ready whenever we needed something. What stood out was how welcome they made us feel, almost like we were at home. No complaints at all. We had a very pleasant stay, would recommend the hotel, and would happily return.

The peaceful feel here matches the 'Relax and feel peace in you' motto, with a touch of modern comfort. The property is well cared for and welcoming from the entrance. Staff were professional, and check-in went smoothly. A wonderful stay at Aceotel Inn (Hotel Flamingo).

Our family of four spent the night of 30th December at Aceotel Flamingo Inn, in rooms 104 and 105. We booked two deluxe rooms for around 1500 per room per night. The rooms were tiny and fell well short of expectations, with basic things missing, including glasses, a tea preparation kit, dental kit, and shaving kit. Service was horrible too, as we had to ask repeatedly to get simple things done. I’m not sure if this was only an issue for us, but we couldn’t connect to the WiFi. There’s no pantry, kitchen, or restaurant, so we had to go out at night to get dinner. I would NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone wanting a pleasant stay. It may be better to try another property from the same chain, Aceotel, which seems to have 10+ properties in Indore itself.
