Miss sonam patidar was especially friendly, and the rest of the staff were warm and attentive too. The area around the hotel is beautiful, and the place itself was clean, stylish, and comfortable. Our room had what we needed, and the restaurant food was good quality for the price. A great spot for a relaxing stay.
The area around the hotel felt unsafe, with suspicious and troubling activity nearby, so staying there was very uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend it for a family or a couple. My online booking gave me a very different impression, and the actual stay was awful. At check-in, the staff asked for another ₹2000, saying the ₹2000 advance I’d transferred wasn’t showing in their system. My guests had already arrived, so I felt I had no choice but to pay again. When I asked them to look into it the next day, they said the accounts team would get back to me. Since then, I’ve followed up repeatedly without a proper reply or refund. The management seemed unprofessional and irresponsible.
