B&B Estrella Hotel And Resort

It was quiet at the hotel, and the guy looking after everything was genuinely helpful. There was only one person handling the place while we were there, though, so I can't really blame him for the service issues. The staff were nice, but the location is far from both the station and bus stand, so we had to use Uber, Ola, or Rapido to get around. Water pressure was slow, the jet spray didn't work, and the next day we only had hot water, no cold. They also don't have an RO. The experience was just okay.

We stayed for two days, and the room had an unpleasant smell that made it hard to feel comfortable. The bathroom wasn't in good shape either: the flush didn't work, the jet spray was faulty, and the washbasin kept clogging. Our experience with the hotel's cab service was also very bad, so don't take it. It was a terrible stay.

I found insects under the bed, there was no water from the taps, and there was no lift or phone. I was the only guest staying there, as far as I could tell. The hygiene was awful, and I just left and looked for another hotel. I wouldn't risk staying here.

The staff were really helpful, especially Mr Nikhil. It's a family-friendly place to stay, though it's a little way inside from the main area. The staff service was very good and the property is good for accommodation.
