The staff were rude, and one of them was high when he told us to park in Mahindra's parking area. In front of the hotel, there is room for only two wheelers, and no car parking. The rooms were terrible and small. They asked us to stay in a kitchen converted into a room, with a dry balcony made into a bathroom measuring 3 by 4 feet. It looked like an uncleaned desi theka (bar). I booked online with Fab, but when I arrived and complained to FAB Hotels, they didn't start a refund. Late at night, I had to look for another place for my family. Don't book a Fab hotel without seeing the rooms first. They claim the positive reviews are from their own people and staff, and say you can tell from the pictures because those people are inside the property.

Hotel manager Praveen Gaur abused me yesterday and was extremely ill-mannered. He has no manners when talking to a customer. I'm never visiting Fab Hotel again, and I won't ask my colleague to go there either.

Nice hotel in a good location on AB Road, Vijay nagar. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was excellent.

The road nearby had stagnant water, and the person there wasn't friendly. The online listing showed 1000 rs, but when we arrived he said that price didn't apply and asked for 1600 per day. Since we got there around 5:30 AM, he also wanted 1200 for the morning, even though that was just six hours. I'd avoid it. I suspect the reviews were made by them.
