Even calling three or four times for a water bottle was necessary, so the service wasn't very good. The rooms were just okay, and the blankets and sheets stayed dirty even after I complained. One staff member, PRATHAM BHADOURIYA, was extremely rude. He even told us not to book the hotel again, as if he didn't want anyone staying there. The owner should teach him basic manners before the hotel is put at risk.

It's just 0.5 km from the highway, which makes it a great base for further tourism.

The staff were friendly, and the room was okay. The bed, blanket and towel were clean, but the bathroom wasn't very good, and there was no hot water for bathing.

The power problem kept recurring, but the receptionist said I should have informed them every time, even though I'd already reported the AC issue three times during the day. He said that even if it cut out 15 times, I'd need to report it 15 times, and one complaint wouldn't get it fixed. The lights, AC and fan all stopped working around 1 AM, ruining my sleep. I spent about two hours at reception trying to get it sorted, but nothing was resolved. When I raised it before checkout, the receptionist called it a technical problem that could happen any time and said I should've told them earlier. The electrical failure could have damaged a circuit or even caused a fire in the middle of the night, as I see it. The staff were reckless and had no common sense. Don't stay here if you don't want to put your life at risk. I checked in through OYO at 6 AM, but they said they didn't accept OYO bookings. With no other option, I paid 2k extra for the room. I booked for a hassle-free night and got nothing but hassle.
