My experience with FabHotel Embassy was awful. Nitesh took ₹480 from me as an advance, then stopped answering my calls and messages. I got no explanation or follow-up, and nobody took responsibility. The staff conduct was unprofessional, the location was poor, and the hotel itself was pathetic. It showed no respect for guests or their money. Poor service, management, and ethics all around.

The room was spacious and filled with natural light, and both it and the bathroom were very clean. There was a good range of toiletries, too. The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable, and it felt like great value for money.

I spent two days here, and cleanliness was poor. They didn't provide towels or water either. The hotel is out on the periphery of Indore, and seeing it so empty, around 90% with no bookings, made sense to me. I'd only consider it if there really were no other options.
