Parking for vehicles is very tight, or there may be none at all, and there's no full on-site kitchen, just basic breakfast. This is a budget-friendly, basic 3-star place in Indore, used a lot by solo business travelers, people in medical transit, and anyone looking for rooms strictly under ₹1,000-₹1,500. Its best feature is the location in MIG Colony, Ambedkar Nagar, right behind CHL Hospital. From there it's easy to commute, get a cab, or order food, with New Palasia and Chappan Dukan close by. Budget cuts show in maintenance, with some recent travelers mentioning damp or musty smells, inconsistent linen cleanliness, and poorly maintained bathrooms.

Hotel Grand Stay in Ambedkar Nagar, Indore was a terrible stay and a complete waste of money. The toilet was broken and the flush didn't work, and the room was below standard. Dirty bedsheets, along with rude, unhelpful staff and management, made it even worse. I really can't recommend it.

The location is horrible, with nothing nearby. The owner was irresponsible, and there was nobody at reception. I waited two hours, but they still couldn't give me a room. First, the owner said none were vacant and asked me to wait a couple more hours, blaming a previous guest for not checking out on time. He kept making excuses for a few more minutes while pushing me not to book through online sites like MakeMyTrip or booking.com. I was able to connect with a MakeMyTrip person, but the room still wasn't provided. Please don't book a room at this fabhotel.

The place felt warm and homely, and I thought the stay was worth what I paid. Basic things like round-the-clock power backup and water were available.

My stay at Hotel Grand Stay, Ambedkar Nagar, Indore was a disaster. The bedsheets were filthy, and the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. The bathroom was unusable, with a clogged, broken toilet and a flush that didn't work. The hygiene and service were shockingly poor. This hotel should be avoided.
