I found the rooms just okay, but basic things were missing: there was no kettle or toiletries, and I got only one towel. The geyser and AC are switched on from reception, so you have to ask, which was a hassle because reception was usually unattended. Staff were also cold and unwelcoming, and most of the time nobody was there to handle basic requests. The hotel is on the third floor of an unattractive commercial complex, reached only by a lift from the ground floor. There’s a notice saying outside food isn’t allowed, yet hardly anyone was in the kitchen to serve food promptly. The tea was acceptable, but the food was poor. The hotel isn’t suitable for family travel. I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere. A big no from me.

Breakfast was really bad, with hardly anything to choose from: just poha, one bread, one fruit, and tea. The location isn’t great either, and you have to park your vehicle at your own risk. The rooms and washrooms are okay for the price.

The bus stand is only a two-minute walk away, restaurants are nearby, and auto-rickshaws are available. It’s around 10-15 minutes from the railway station. The rooms are spacious, clean, and hygienic, and room service is good. Friendly feel too, and good value for the cost.

They took an advance payment for my booking but never sent a confirmation voucher. When I called, they claimed there was no booking and started misbehaving. It feels like these hotel people are cheating customers by taking their money without actually giving them a booking.

The rooms are okay, but cockroaches were everywhere. The hotel is close to the railway station and bus stand, which makes travel easy. It’s in a commercial tyre area, though, so getting around can be difficult for people with disabilities.
