The reception staff were helpful and approachable, and the location is good. I can’t be sure whether these rooms are only given to people who book online, but the rest of the stay didn’t work for us. We had mold, bedbugs, leaks that weren’t fixed, a bloodstained quilt after the bedbug problem, and the smell of pest control chemicals. We changed rooms three times, and nearly all had some issue. The staff at reception behaved well, but there wasn’t much they could do about the crumbling infrastructure. I was disappointed.

The room had cockroaches, and a foul smell from the AC made the stay really uncomfortable. Basic cleanliness and maintenance seemed to be ignored. We raised the problems, but staff showed no concern, gave no proper answer, and ignored our complaints. The property is badly maintained and felt more like a poorly run lodge than a hotel. It wasn’t suitable for families or anyone expecting basic comfort and cleanliness. A complete waste of money. After this, I’ve decided to avoid accommodation associated with Fab Hotels in the future. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

It was less crowded than the hotels around sarafa bazar, and the location was very convenient. The rooms and service were very good. The lifts worked properly, and everything else was perfect too, including the landlines, TV, water supply, tea, and wifi. Staff were caring and very supportive. One of the best stays I’ve had.

There was no parking, which was inconvenient, and no hot water for a wash. The stay was uncomfortable and disappointing, a poor experience overall.
