Fabhotel Shree Khatu Shyam Palace

We booked this for a 1½-day family stay because I had work nearby, and I regret choosing it. There weren't even basic things like food or water, so you have to get everything from outside. The reception felt shady, was usually unattended, and had hardly any light. The room was filthy. The beds and sheets were dirty, burnt, and torn, with mud and dust in the bed, and there were cockroaches there too. Gum was stuck to the mirror, and there were shoe and slipper marks on the wall. The AC barely worked. In the bathroom, the toilet seat was broken, the jet spray didn't work, and the flush barely worked. The bucket and mug were completely dirty, and the washbasin was smaller than my hands. Water from both the basin and bathroom taps was extremely dirty and smelly. Turning on a tap brought a horrible smell, and the water was slightly brown with small pieces of algae coming out. I don't know how I got through the stay. This was the worst hotel room of my life. I'd rather sleep on the footpath than come here. Please don't book it. Owner, if you're reading this, close the place.
