The sheets were filthy, and the toilets were in terrible shape. There’s a pub on the ground floor, and walking into the hotel gave me the feeling that animals were staying there. This place felt like hell on earth. I’d tell people to sleep on the road instead.

The hotel is in a really good location, but my experience beyond that was awful. The toilet seats were filthy, the TV didn’t work, and there were plenty of other problems too.

They seemed interested only in getting paid, with no concern for anything else. The communication was pathetic. This was my worst experience, and it’ll be my first and last time here.

The room we got at check-in was smelly and third-rate. The price and room shown on the Goibibo website didn’t match what we received.

There’s no restaurant, but plenty of eateries nearby, and public transport is easy to find. The location is great, right on the main road in a high-value area. For a budget hotel, the ambiance wasn’t bad. My two-night stay was enjoyable. The room was small, but it had AC, a cupboard, an updated bed, and a TV. The old lift worked properly.
