My wife and I stayed at the Grand Giridhar Premier for six days, from 02/02/2026 to 07/02/2026, and it was a very pleasant stay. The reception team were friendly, courteous, and accommodating. In the cafeteria, Saraswati looked after our needs exceptionally well. The room, bathroom, lobby, staircase, and lifts were exceptionally clean. Lokesh and Meera from maintenance worked hard to keep the room tidy. Breakfast food quality is the area that needs improvement, and I'm sure management will address it. I'd recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a clean, moderately priced place with excellent service.

The towels were in such poor, smelly condition that I hesitated to use them. Service was careless and rude, with staff acting like guests were a nuisance. They even refused us tea at 8:00 AM without explanation or apology. The whole stay was miserable and a waste of money. A basic guest house would have treated us better. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Mr. Lokesh made the stay especially pleasant. He was courteous, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean and the hotel's ambience was lovely too. I had a delightful visit and would gladly come back. Highly recommend it for a relaxing stay and good service.

Manager Shubham made the stay feel well looked after, from welcoming me at check-in to personally checking that every detail was handled. His polite, professional manner and genuine care stood out. The way he guides the staff and looks after guests shows real dedication and class.

The location is a real plus, right in a prime part of Indore. Hotel grand girdhar is also affordable, and the staff were quick and humble. Special thanks to Mr. goutam sharma. A very nice hotel to stay at for an Indore trip.
