The breakfast had a nice range of fresh, tasty options, and the location made it easy to get around the city. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed with the amenities I needed. Staff at the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant all provided excellent service. Check-in was smooth and everyone was welcoming from the moment I arrived. I had a fantastic stay and would happily return. Highly recommend Grand Suites.

The location is good, but the rooms had mold and smelled so bad I felt like vomiting when I walked in. The biggest rooms, which they call suites, were only okay. The owner and management were poor too.

There were problems throughout the bathroom. Water leaked from the jet spray and got everything wet, and the shower wouldn't provide hot water. They said there might be a blockage. The bathroom door wouldn't close, and the toilet seat wasn't fixed. It just kept adding up.

It feels like home here, and I found the rooms gorgeous, with cleanliness and hygiene maintained really well. The photos on Google don't do them justice. There are rooms in all price ranges, and the service and rooms easily compare with any 5 star hotel in Indore. The location is excellent, on the main road right in front of Bombay hospital, and it's the most affordable in the area. They even put a kettle, tea bags, coffee, munchies, and 'five elements' toiletry products in every room. I didn't expect this much at that price. Direct call bookings also get great discounts, which makes it even more affordable. An easy 5 star review for me.

Housekeeping was quick to take care of every request, and our food arrived early too. Nothing was delayed. I liked the interiors, and the hotel is in a good location. The whole trip was great. Great place.
