10/10
Food from the ground-floor restaurant was good, though both restaurant and room service could be slow. There aren’t many nearby places to eat beyond a few snack and sweet shops. Getting to the main sights means arranging a car or auto in advance, since one may not be easy to find on the spot. Parking is limited, and the hotel itself begins on the first floor, with shops below. The rooms have the essentials and are maintained well, though they feel a little cramped with all the items inside, and some minor maintenance would help prevent future problems. Staff were cooperative and helpful. The location is in a prominent part of Indore, and the price is very reasonable for the room and service. I had a good stay and would recommend it.

You can hear quite a bit of traffic since the hotel is right in the middle of the city. The rooms are clean and tidy, with enough space for two to stay comfortably. Staff are well behaved.

We were given a room that didn’t resemble the one we chose online, and the pictures and description didn’t match. No one gave us a proper explanation or offered a solution. The room wasn’t clean enough to be comfortable, and the staff were neither welcoming nor helpful. The whole stay fell short of what we expected, so I wouldn’t recommend Hotel Park.

The staff were polite, and I had a comfortable stay. It was a really good experience.

The staff were very impolite, and there was no management or basic hygiene. For cleaning, they only straightened the bedsheet. They didn’t change the towel or clean properly. 0/10, wouldn’t recommend.
