Hotel Solaris

We held our wedding and other functions here, with decor and catering handled in-house. The team took care to make us feel valued on our special day. Staff were polite and hardworking, and management was supportive. The quotes are fixed, but the value for money is definitely there. The location is decent, with the airport and railway station both not far away. I’d recommend it for all kinds of functions.

Rajesh Ji at Resturant was especially friendly and helpful. The hotel has a good restaurant, the staff and service are good, and both the rooms and food quality are superb. I’d highly recommend a visit.

We stayed here as a family of ten, and it was peaceful and calm. The kids loved the pool and play area, while we enjoyed the gym. Since we’re fully vegetarian, we appreciated the fresh, tasty vegetarian food the restaurant served us. The staff were supportive and helpful. A five-star stay for us, and I’d recommend it.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless management improves staff communication and professionalism. My experience with the HR staff member was disappointing. She called about an employee, Hemant, asking why he hadn’t arrived. I said he had arrived around 2:17 PM, but his phone was switched off. She accused me of “natak” (acting), despite my calm explanation that I didn’t know her and had no reason to act. I even shared an Uber ride screenshot as proof, but she remained rude and accusatory. That kind of interaction raises concerns about how customers may be treated. Basic respect and professionalism matter in hospitality, and I hope management takes firm action to address this.
