Mr. Ranjan from F&B Services handled guests wonderfully, with real courtesy and attention. I also appreciated Head of Operations Mr. Nilesh Jain for managing guest comfort and the overall experience so thoughtfully and smoothly. The property has an elegant, peaceful, luxurious feel, and made a lovely place to relax with family. Staff were gentle, professional, experienced, and ready to help with a warm smile. A great stay at Indore Marriott Hotel, highly recommended for comfort, class, and hospitality.

The ground floor restaurant has a good range of multi cuisine food, and the chefs and stewards really try to get you what you want. There’s also a separate open-air restaurant with a lovely garden ambience. This is a very customer-friendly premium hotel in Indore. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well appointed, service is high standard, and the staff are very polite. Possibly the best hotel to stay in Indore!

The indoor hall was double-booked for the same date and time, apparently with priority given to a government employee. Instead of taking responsibility, management pressured us to accept an outdoor lawn despite the rain forecast. We only learned the venue had been changed one day before the wedding, even though we’d confirmed the indoor hall weeks earlier. No notice, approval, or even a courtesy call. We had travelled from Canada to India for our dream wedding and trusted the Marriott brand to deliver the seamless, magical experience we expected from a 5-star property. My parents and I were in tears the day before the wedding, exhausted and devastated. Months of planning, decor, and vision were ruined overnight. We should have been enjoying precious pre-wedding moments, but instead we were pushed into chaotic last-minute decisions and stressful negotiations. The hotel showed no accountability, empathy, or professionalism, and left us mentally exhausted and traumatized. This was one of the most heartbreaking, stressful experiences we’ve had with a wedding venue. If you’re considering this hotel for a wedding or important event, think twice. Their inability to manage bookings or treat clients with respect and care ruined what should have been one of the happiest times of our lives. Save yourself the heartbreak and look elsewhere.

We were kept awake one night by people partying all night, with noise, dancing, and whistles. We got only an apology, and after a long international flight and our trip to Ujjain, that was hard to take. Hotels should list such events on their website so guests who need sleep can anticipate the noise and book elsewhere. The hotel, room, and food were amazing, but we had to switch rooms because the bathroom door was broken. In our hurry to move, we forgot to check the fridge. At checkout we asked for my Insulin, a four-month supply I’d left inside. Three men seemed reluctant to help, perhaps their shift was ending or they didn’t believe me. One asked us to check our bags again, as if we were asking for a free dinner. We returned to reception, and Deepali got the life-saving Insulin from housekeeping. Keep it up! Hope Marriott hires more such girls.
